Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AI Voice Studio at aivoicestudio.app, including Text to Speech, Voice Clone and Speech to Text. By signing in or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep access to your Google account secure.

Credits

All three tools are paid for with credits from one balance. The cost of each request is shown in the studio before you start.

• Welcome credits: 20 credits when you sign in with Google for the first time, valid for 365 days.
• Daily check-in credits: earned for checking in on consecutive days and valid for 30 days. Missing a day restarts the streak at day 1.
• Subscription credits: added every month while your Basic, Pro or Studio plan is active, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Each month's credits are valid until the end of that billing month and don't roll over: any you haven't used are cleared when the month ends. Yearly plans also add credits every month, and each month's credits expire at the end of that month.
• Credit pack credits: bought once (Starter, Creator or Studio Pack) and never expire.

If a generation or transcription fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars, and payments are made by card through Stripe. If you're not happy with a purchase, email [email protected] and we will refund the payment to your original card or payment method. Refunds are paid as money, not as credits.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Basic, Pro or Studio plan at any time in Settings → Billing. After you cancel, you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the credits already added can be used until they expire.

Voice cloning: only voices you own or may use

You may only clone your own voice, or a voice whose speaker has given you permission. Before every clone you must confirm this with the checkbox in the studio. A recording being public, such as an interview or a video online, does not give you permission to clone the voice in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use AI Voice Studio to:

• Impersonate another person, or make anyone believe they are hearing someone they are not.
• Commit fraud or run scams, including fake calls, voice messages or payment requests.
• Create deceptive deepfakes, or political deepfakes of candidates, officials or public figures.
• Harass, threaten or bully anyone.
• Create sexual content involving real people.
• Present generated audio as a real recording of a real person.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content and the results

You are responsible for the text, voice samples and files you submit, and for having the right to use them. Results are generated by AI and may contain mistakes: a voice can mispronounce words, a clone is not identical to the original speaker, and a transcript can mishear speech. Check results before you rely on them or share them.

How long files are kept

Uploaded files (voice samples, and audio or video files for transcription) and results (generated audio and transcripts) are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. After you've made a purchase, new uploads and results are kept for 6 months. Download anything you want to keep. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Commercial use

You may use audio generated with Standard voices, HD voices and Voice Clone commercially, for example in monetized YouTube or TikTok videos, ads, client work, paid courses and podcasts. No watermark is added. Commercial projects follow the same rules as everything else: with Voice Clone, you may only clone your own voice or a voice whose speaker has agreed, and the acceptable use rules above still apply.

Service provided as is

AI Voice Studio is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or that every result will meet your needs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
