What we can help with

• Account and sign-in: problems signing in with Google, or questions about your account.
• Credits and payments: missing credits, check-in streaks, plans, credit packs, or a charge you don't recognize.
• Refunds: if you're not happy with a purchase, tell us and we'll refund the payment to your original card or payment method.
• Results: a voice that sounds wrong, a clone that doesn't resemble the sample, or a transcript with mistakes.
• Privacy and deletion: requests to delete your voice samples, uploaded files, generated audio or transcripts.
• Licensing questions: anything you're unsure about when using generated audio in your projects. Commercial use is allowed; the Terms of Service explain the rules.
• Misuse reports: if you believe someone cloned your voice without permission using this site.

What to include

To help us find the right account and job quickly, please include:

1. The email address of the Google account you signed in with.
2. Which tool you used: Text to Speech (Standard or HD), Voice Clone, or Speech to Text.
3. Roughly when it happened, and the text or file name involved.
4. For payment questions, the plan or pack you bought and the date of the charge.

Failed generations already return their credits to your balance automatically, so check your balance first if a job didn't finish.
