Privacy Policy
What AI Voice Studio collects, why, where your voice samples and files go, and how to have them deleted.
Last updated: 2026-10-25
This policy explains what information AI Voice Studio (aivoicestudio.app) collects when you use the site, why we collect it, who else receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
Information from Google sign-in
You sign in with a Google account. When you do, we receive your name, email address and profile picture (avatar) from Google. We use them to create and identify your account, show who is signed in, and contact you about your account or a support request.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through its card checkout. We do not receive or store your card number. We keep a record of what you bought, such as the plan or credit pack, the amount and the date, so we can add the right credits and handle refunds.
What you submit and what we store
To provide the three tools, we store the following in our cloud storage, linked to your account:
- Voice samples you upload or record for Voice Clone.
- Audio and video files you upload for Speech to Text.
- Text you submit for Text to Speech and Voice Clone.
- Generated audio (MP3 files) and transcripts, including TXT and SRT versions.
We store these so the playback and download links work and so your recent results appear in your history. We use them only to run the tool you asked for and to look into problems you report to us.
We do not use your uploads, voice samples or text to train AI models.
Where your data is processed
- Standard speech, Voice Clone and Speech to Text run on our own servers with open-source models. Your voice samples are not sent to any third-party AI company.
- HD speech is the exception: the text you type for an HD voice is sent to a third-party voice provider, which generates the audio and returns it to us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information about your browser and visit.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will need sign-in cookies to use the studio.
How long we keep data
- Uploads and results are kept for 30 days. Voice samples, audio and video files you upload for transcription, generated audio and transcripts are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created.
- 6 months once you've made a purchase. Once your account has made a purchase (any credit pack or subscription), new uploads and results are kept for 6 months (180 days). Files from before your first purchase still follow the 30-day rule.
- Expired results leave your history. When a file is deleted, its result no longer appears in your account's recent history and its links stop working, so download anything you want to keep.
Deleting your data
You don't have to wait for automatic deletion. You can ask us to delete your voice samples, uploaded files, generated audio, transcripts or your whole account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address of your Google account.
Services that receive your information
- Google, for sign-in and for Google Analytics.
- Stripe, for payments.
- A third-party voice provider, for the text you submit to HD voices.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
